Contributions to the Effingham Unit 40 Education Foundation support the enrichment of learning experiences for students in all Unit 40 schools. One of the important missions of the Foundation is to provide funds for teacher grant requests. Items, such as technology tools, library books, band instruments, grief counseling materials, audio and lighting systems, infant simulators, and lab equipment, have been purchased to help the teachers provide the best learning experiences and environment possible for their students. The Foundation has been instrumental in helping assist with these needs as funds become available.
